The classic décor and woodwork of our dining room and the professional service provided by a trained and courteous staff require a chef who can direct this gastronomic microcosm and contribute to the Country Club of Montreal’s reputation.

Jacques Pelland has been this chef for 38 years. This Montrealer, a graduate of the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec, has been assisted by sous-chefs Michel Gatineau and Marco Roy for more than 25 years.

Chef Pelland excels in French cuisine and fusion cuisine that is adapted to culinary trends. His specialty is fish and he has a great passion for fresh herbs.

Our celebrated chef is inspired by his sophistication and curiosity, and he offers you more than 500 dishes per season. Savour his cuisine. You will be glad you did.
